Italo offers 4 levels of service:
- Executive class offers maximum comfort. It is limited to 11 passengers and offers either 1+1 seating or private compartments for 4 called salottinos.
- Italo business (also known as Prima) offers leather seats with a 2+1 configuration, and travellers enjoy a welcome drink & snack at their seat.
- Premium class (also known as Comfort) offers a 2+1 configuration, with reclining leather seats arranged around tables.
- Italo Standard (also known as Smart) is the most budget-friendly option. Carriages have a 2+2 configuration and airline-style seating.
